THE PROJECT
When I joined the project, INNO’s presence on Meta Ads was minimal and lacked strategic structure. Despite being a well-known retail brand with a strong product offering, the channel was underutilized and not contributing meaningfully to their online sales. The objective was to turn Meta Ads into a high-performing revenue stream by building a strong campaign foundation, improving targeting, and aligning the creative with INNO’s premium positioning. The work was particularly focused on seasonal and promotional periods, where paid media could have the most impact.
MY APPROACH
I started by auditing their existing Meta Ads setup, which lacked structure and clear targeting. I then rebuilt the campaigns with a strategic focus on segmentation, creative variety, and conversion-driven messaging. I crafted tailored ad copy and visuals for different product lines and worked on continuously optimizing performance. Over time, Meta became a key revenue channel for INNO’s online store — supporting both awareness and direct sales during campaigns.
