THE PROJECT
INNO needed support to improve the performance of its email marketing — both in strategy and execution. The goal was to increase engagement, optimize flows, and drive more revenue from their email channel while staying aligned with the brand’s upscale positioning.
MY APPROACH
I focused on optimizing INNO’s email strategy across core touchpoints: welcome sequences, promotional campaigns, and customer retention flows. This included copywriting, layout guidance, and A/B testing suggestions to improve open rates and conversions. I worked closely with the internal team to ensure brand consistency while pushing for more personalization and better segmentation.
